To identify your part, open the sash and photograph the etched code in the glass corner (format: BT-XXXX-XX) and the sticker on the frame interior. For hardware, the handing matters: Bufftech labels their multipoint locks as LH or RH viewed from the exterior, which reverses what most homeowners expect. We source OEM Bufftech hardware through our distributor in Miami-Dade, but for weatherstripping and certain sash balances we use quality aftermarket equivalents that meet the same DP ratings at roughly 30% less - the difference is documented on your written quote, not buried in a bundle.
